Walking alone out of Finnish Police station...

it was a rainy day,yesterday.
I went to the local police station to renew my visa, which requires documents including: student certificate and credit transcript from university, 6 months' bank statement with a deposit of 6,000Euro, and of course passport+55.euro.
I handed in the whole package of materials they need and walked out of the police, suddenly realized i have been here almost one year in Finland since last September!time is flying not running:)
it was a big challenge for myself to decide to come to Finland and managed to finish the Whole application procedure by myself without knowing anyone here, without knowing any Finnish word.I did it really!I quited 3-years' comfortable job, sitting in the office, one hand tea cup, newspaper in another, and started my dream way...
now on...on...
walking alone in a rainy street without umbrella in a foreign country...
