Tip2. Buckingham Palace and Victoria statue


the first day i went there to see the change of guards, but it was on the next day(25.March),however, so crowded, was difficult to catch nice pictures of changing guards. There i feel strongly the existence of United Kindom as well as with respect.

Buckingham Palace is the main London residence of The Queen and serves as both her home and office. The official residence of the British monarchy since 1837, it started life as townhouse to the Duke of Buckingham. It was George IV in the 1820s who wanted to develop it into an official residence. Queen Victoria was the first sovereign to live in the palace.
